Ugolini/BRAS Tap Piston Plunger (New Type)
The plastic plunger is designed to hold the slush in each tank. It also holds in the 2 rubber o-rings that stop any syrup leaking out. This part will often discolour over time and is usually changed to improve the aesthetics of the machine.
