This rubber part is a common source of leaks underneath the bowl on 6 & 10 litre Ugolini slush machines. We recommend that you change this part annually to prevent any nasty syrup leaks. It may also be necessary to replace the rubber tap o-rings at the same time, see part no. 22800-15100/10.
